Hey folks, before you jump into signing up with Payability, make sure to fire away with all your questions about their fees. I messed up big time and didn’t do that. I was under the impression I’d only be paying 2% like the rep mentioned during our call, but I discovered months later that there was an extra charge of $150 a month on top of that—what a bummer! I can’t really point fingers at anyone but myself. I should’ve done my research before getting involved with them. They explained that the reason for the extra $150 was because Amazon didn’t release the full amount of funds in my account, so they had to wait for the next payout, which felt like a penalty to me. Now I’m just scratching my head over this. I told them I make sales every day; how can Amazon release all the funds when there’s a waiting period? If that’s the case, what’s the point of Payability, right? They suggested I reach out to Amazon and ask them to release the full amount for the next payout. Honestly, that’s just silly. Amazon will only release what’s available, and Payability knows that. The whole idea behind Payability is to give you an advance at a percentage fee while they wait for the funds to be available. If they had been upfront about those extra fees, I would’ve just hung up and laughed about it over dinner with my family. So, like I said, if you’re thinking of signing up, make sure to ask all the questions you’ve got about their fees. Good luck!

I strongly recommend steering clear of this business. Our experience was pretty terrible. Their instant access service felt like a bad habit -- it seems great initially -- but then it turns sour and you can't quite grasp what's happening or why it’s so pricey -- and when you finally decide to back out, it really stings. Do yourself a solid and look for another option to get by for a few weeks until you receive your payout.

Here to set the record straight. I just came across a review from someone who wasn’t even approved and based their opinion on other negative reviews they stumbled upon.
I’ve been with Payability since February 22, and honestly, I wouldn’t have made it through the Amazon spring rush this year without their help. I buy my inventory almost every day from local suppliers and don’t have any credit lines with them, plus I need to restock my shipping supplies on a weekly basis.
Once I got the credit card from Payability, I didn’t have to worry about money transfers anymore.
At first, the numbers they provided were a bit tricky, but I eventually figured it out. It would be great if there was a direct link to QuickBooks, and it took some effort to import the files they sent.
Overall, I’m a really satisfied customer. The daily cash flow feels way more reliable than last year’s biweekly Amazon payments, which often came with the letdown of outstanding bills piling up.
